Shipping is a flat rate fee of $20 for orders to Canada or $30 to the US and other international destinations. Easy peasy! Fill up your cart! Local pick up's are free. There is free shipping orders of $150 or more to Canadian destinations.

When you qualify for free shipping (within Canada), Bodyflo will only cover up to 35$ of shipping fees. If the shipping fees exceed the 35$, you will be contacted with the additional shipping charge and have to option to accept or decline the order.

The delivery period depends on where you are located. We usually ship online orders within 48 hours of confirming the order (with the exception of weekends and holidays). After this 2 day handling time, once shipped you can expect your package to arrive: To Canada or the US: 3-10 business days Internationally (all other countries): 6-20 business days International shipping time varies depending on the items, the destination country, and the destination country's customs process. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. The customs fees to the US is pre-paid by me for you (at this time this represents a 30% savings for you!)

International shipping fees are a simple $30 flat fee. This includes all countries outside of Canada. For some remote locations, an surcharge may not be reflected in the total price of your order. If that is the case, we will email you the updated shipping and handling fee within 48 hours of your order. You always have the right to decline any additional costs for a full refund. But once you agree and your product ships, then we cannot refund for that reason. For Americans, charges for customs clearance are pre-paid by Bodyflo (at this time this represents a 30+% savings for you not having to pay that). For other international destinations, Bodyflo is not responsible for any duties charged that might be imposed by your country upon delivery.
