When you qualify for free shipping, Bodyflo will only cover up to 35$ of shipping fees. If the shipping fees exceed the 35$, you will be contacted with the additional shipping charge and have to option to accept or decline the order.

The delivery period depends on where you are located. We usually ship online orders within 48 hours of confirming the order (with the exception of weekends and holidays). After this 2 day handling time, once shipped you can expect your package to arrive:

International shipping time varies depending on the items, the destination country, and the destination country's customs process. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

International shipping fees are a simple $30 flat fee. This includes all countries outside of Canada or the US. For some remote locations, an surcharge may not be reflected in the total price of your order. If that is the case, we will email you the updated shipping and handling fee within 48 hours of your order. You always have the right to decline any additional costs for a full refund. But once you agree and your product ships, then we cannot refund for that reason. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
