I’m in Montréal, so can I save shipping costs and pick up my order locally?

Yes, local business keeps our communities strong!  In Montréal, you will still place your order online, then pick up directly at 5515 Queen Mary, #305, Montreal.  This location also has all products onsite, so it is possible for clients to browse in person.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate fee of $20 for orders to Canada or $30 to the US and other international destinations.  Easy peasy!  Fill up your cart!    Local pick up's are free.   There is free shipping orders of $150 or more  to Canadian destinations.

Is there a maximum weight-size which is eligible for free shipping?

When you qualify for free shipping (within Canada), Bodyflo will only cover up to 35$ of shipping fees. If the shipping fees exceed the 35$, you will be contacted with the additional shipping charge and have to option to accept or decline the order.

How many days will it take to receive my order?

The delivery period depends on where you are located.  We usually ship online orders within 48 hours of confirming the order (with the exception of weekends and holidays).  After this 2 day handling time, once shipped you can expect your package to arrive:

To Canada or the US:  3-10 business days
Internationally (all other countries):   6-20 business days 
 
International shipping time varies depending on the items, the destination country, and the destination country's customs process. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.  The customs fees to the US is pre-paid by me for you (at this time this represents a 30% savings for you!)

How will I know what the shipping  fee will be for an international shipment?

International shipping fees are a simple $30 flat fee.   This includes all countries outside of Canada.  For some remote locations, an surcharge may not be reflected in the total price of your order.  If that is the case, we will email you the updated shipping and handling fee within 48 hours of your order.  You always have the right to decline any additional costs for a full refund.  But once you agree and your product ships, then we cannot refund for that reason.  For Americans, charges for customs clearance are pre-paid by Bodyflo (at this time this represents a 30+% savings for you not having to pay that).   For other international destinations, Bodyflo is not responsible for any duties charged  that might be imposed by your country upon delivery.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Yes. This is available during workshops and events for certain products in stock locally.  Some items are also available  at Jennie’s Osteopathic Office in Montreal for clients only.  Local customers can also order items online to be picked up.

Absolutely!  Describe what challenge you are having and I will do my best to point you in the right direction or source what you may need to assist you in your healing journey.  After over 26 years of working with people on the land and in the water, I have curated the most simple, affordable and useful items for you.  However the infinite creative mind of humans is constantly expanding, so we can always add new items are our shop page.  Remember that any alignment tool is just a temporary 'crutch' so that you remember your orientation in space and time.    We use it to remember our full expansion and position, so we can come back to our true nature and original blueprint.

What is the refund or exchange policy?

For shop items, returns are possible within 15 days from original date of purchase for defective items only.  Exchanges will be offered for the same product or a product of equal value at the store’s discretion. A new receipt for the exchanged product will not be issued.  Return and re-shipping fees are the expense of the customer.  There is no shipping fee if the item is returned in person.

There are no refunds for digital products.

There are no refunds for services: consultations, events or courses.
