Massage AquaVie

Description

AquaVie Massage is bodywork in warm water where the focus is not only to release muscle tension, but to propagate wave patterns throughout the skeletal structure with precise and rhythmic techniques. It is a structuring massage, as the axes of the body are established via the propagation of the waves. Through pressure and small undulations (the “on earth” equivalent of oscillations) which reverberate through the body, more space in the joints is created, dissolving tensions and making the body breathe as a whole. This massage brings more mobility and will stimulate the body's intelligence to facilitate its healing. The gestures resemble the Trager approach, with rhythmic oscillations, Shiatsu with kembiki, osteopathy with global osteopathic techniques and Watsu with enveloping, nurturing holds. If requested, you can experience some movements also underwater. The AquaVie massage is oriented towards a predisposition to transport the body into a space of deep relaxation.
