Description
This course is an exploration and application of different approaches to aquatic therapeutic work with infants. A half-day of the course will be dedicated to working with invited babies for practical experience. Prerequisite: Therapeutic Aquatic Bodywork Foundation Training or upon approval of equivalent formation. Course objectives : -To explore work with infants in warm water using approaches from aquatic osteopathy -Explore the benefits of warm water in paediatrics. - Feel on yourself and in pairs the impact of birth compressions -Familiarise yourself with the impact of birth on the experience of babies, both physically (breastfeeding problems, digestive discomforts, torticolis, plagiocephaly or brachycephaly, dura-mater tension, sleep problems) and emotionally (unexplained crying, various tensions, abnormally present archaic reflexes, etc.). This training is 24 hours of formation over 3 days, plus one evening 2h on zoom.
